This unit is used to read temperature data from multiple sensors and send it to a monitoring system. In most cases, it works together with temperature cables installed inside the material, such as grain in a silo or bulk storage.
Once powered on, it continuously scans each sensor and updates the data, allowing users to check temperature conditions on a PC or mobile device without going on site.

How It Works

In real projects, temperature is not uniform. What matters is how it changes across different positions rather than a single reading.
This unit works with multiple sensors placed at different depths or locations. By reading them one by one, it builds a more complete picture of the temperature distribution inside the monitored area.
Sensors are usually connected on a bus line. The unit polls them in sequence, reads each value, processes it briefly, and sends the data out through RS485.
Depending on the project, Ethernet or wireless transmission may also be used.
