The Temperature Monitoring Sub-unit is a core data acquisition device used in grain condition monitoring systems. It is mainly designed to collect temperature and humidity data from grain temperature monitoring cables, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and other front-end detection devices.

The device can transmit the collected data to grain monitoring software, a host computer, PLC, SCADA system, or cloud platform through RS485, Ethernet, or other communication methods.

This product is suitable for flat grain warehouses, squat silos, vertical silos, steel silos, grain depots, grain processing plants, drying systems, and other grain storage environments. It helps users monitor grain temperature, warehouse temperature, warehouse humidity, outdoor temperature, and outdoor humidity in real time.

The device can read temperature data from multiple temperature monitoring cables installed inside the grain pile, allowing users to monitor temperature changes at different depths and positions.

The device can collect indoor warehouse temperature and humidity, outdoor temperature and humidity, and other environmental data according to the project configuration.

Data Transmission

The device supports RS485 communication. Some models can also support Ethernet TCP/IP communication, making it convenient to connect with monitoring software, PLCs, industrial computers, or cloud platforms.
