Coal soil temperature cable is a temperature measuring device based on the principle of thermoelectric effect, which calculates the corresponding relationship between temperature and potential by measuring the potential difference between two conductors. Mainly used in coal storage facilities such as coal bunkers, coal bunker temperature cables can monitor the temperature inside the coal pile in real time to prevent safety hazards such as spontaneous combustion and fire caused by excessive temperature.

Installation
The bus plug-in installation and maintenance process is simple and convenient. Unlike traditional temperature measurement systems, it does not require the allocation of specific equipment locations on site, avoids the complexity of installation, and does not disrupt the existing layout. The system adopts a single bus plug-in connection. When installing, you only need to lay the bus on the grain surface or bury it shallowly in the grain pile, and then connect the cable plug to the connector. This process does not require manual welding, which saves time and ensures safety.
If the system finds a fault and needs to replace the temperature measurement line, the maintenance process is very simple. Just unplug the interface line and plug in a new line. The repair process is quick and easy.
