1. Product Overview
The ZS-11 (PRO) is a high-strength multi-point temperature monitoring cable specially designed for coal silos, pulverized-coal silos, and other bulk-material storage facilities subject to high mechanical loads. It is suitable for coal silos with heights ranging from approximately 5 to 40 metres.
The cable incorporates a dual-layer, bidirectional high-carbon steel wire load-bearing structure. A total of 69 high-carbon steel wires are arranged in two counter-wound layers of 35 + 34 wires, providing a tensile capacity of no less than 18 tonnes.
The temperature sensors and signal conductors are completely embedded inside the cable. A metal flexible tube provides internal support and compression protection, helping prevent damage to the sensors and conductors caused by coal lumps, coal dust, and material pressure.
A single ZS-11 (PRO) cable can be equipped with 1 to 100 temperature sensing points. It continuously monitors temperature changes at different depths inside the coal silo, providing reliable data for spontaneous-combustion warning, abnormal temperature-rise analysis, and coal-storage safety management.
