Product Introduction
The ZS-7 Multipoint Temperature Monitoring Cable is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade temperature sensing solution designed for grain storage, silos, warehouses, and dust-hazard environments.
The ZS-7 cable adopts a high-strength reinforced structure with a non-recycled, high-molecular-weight polyethylene outer sheath, providing excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and long-term stability in harsh storage environments. With a tensile strength exceeding 7 tons, it is well suited for deep silos and long-term suspension installation.
Each temperature point operates independently, ensuring accurate, stable, and interference-free data acquisition. The cable supports single-wire digital signal transmission as well as an optional RS-485 version, allowing flexible integration with handheld meters, temperature data collectors, and monitoring sub-stations.
Designed with safety in mind, the ZS-7 meets IP67 protection requirements and complies with intrinsic safety and dust explosion-proof standards, making it suitable for use in Zone 20 dust explosion environments commonly found in grain storage facilities.
