ZS-7 (Silo version) armored replaceable core temperature measurement cable is a high-strength and maintainable temperature measurement cable specially developed by Langfang Zhaosui for complex working conditions such as large grain silos, coal silos, and lime silos. The product adopts a split structure design, consisting of an armored sheath layer and a temperature core. It features an extremely strong tensile strength, convenient maintenance methods, and excellent protective performance, enabling long-term, stable, and precise temperature monitoring.

This product is suitable for grain silos ranging from 10 to 40 meters, coal silos within 10 meters, and lime silos within 20 meters. It can meet the strict application requirements under full silo material levels and provide reliable guarantees for food security and industrial storage.

1. High-strength tensile performance

• The outer layer of the cable is made of 32 high-strength steel wires woven around, forming a strong armor layer, with an overall tensile strength exceeding 5 tons.
• Compared with similar products, ZS-7 performs better in silo hoisting and full silo pressure environments and is less prone to damage.

2. Split-type replaceable core design

• The cable is composed of two parts: the armored sheath layer and the temperature core.
• When the temperature core malfunctions, it can be directly pulled out for replacement without disassembling the armor layer.
• It significantly reduces maintenance costs, enhances the convenience of repair, and is suitable for long-term use.

3. Precise temperature monitoring

• Temperature measurement range: -30°C to +90°C
• Accuracy: ±0.4°C (There is also a ±0.2°C high-precision customizable version available).
• Conversion time: approximately 2 seconds (at 100 points), suitable for large-scale multi-point real-time monitoring.

4. Excellent protection and service life

• Outer sheath: Non-recycled high molecular weight polyethylene, mixed with wear-resistant additives, with a service life of over 8 years.
• Temperature core: Anti-condensation design, with a typical lifespan of over 3 years.
• Protection grade: IP67, with dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-condensation capabilities (the inner core cannot be immersed in water for a long time).
• Explosion-proof certification: Certified for dust explosion-proof (Ex iaD 20 T85℃) and intrinsically safe explosion-proof (Ex ib IIB T6 Gb/Ex ia IIC T6 Ga), safely applicable to dust and flammable gas environments.

5. Flexible installation and adaptation

• Installation method: Suspended installation/Flange installation.
• Signal output: Single-line digital signal (standard version)/RS-485 version (optional).
• Compatibility: It can be directly connected to handheld devices, temperature collectors, temperature measurement sub-machines and other equipment.
• System expansion: It can support up to 100 temperature measurement points at most, with an extension line of up to 500 meters, meeting the wiring requirements in large-scale warehouse environments.
