1. Power On
Press and hold the power button (usually for about 3 seconds) to turn on the device.
After booting, the screen will display a "Starting…" message.
2. Connect the Temperature Cable
Insert the temperature probe or sensor cable into the device's interface.
The device will automatically detect the number of connected temperature points.
3. Read Temperature
The screen will display real-time temperature readings from multiple points.
For multi-point probes, the device typically supports scrolling through all sensors (e.g., points 1 to 200).
You can switch between cable numbers and layer numbers using the touchscreen or navigation buttons.
4. Modify Cable/Layer Number (If Supported)
Enter the system settings menu.
Find the options labeled "Cable Number Modification" or "Layer Number Settings".
Select the number you wish to change, input the new value, and confirm to save.
5. Save Data
Press the "Save" button or select the "Save Temperature Record" option from the menu.
Each measurement can be saved as a record (up to 32 historical records supported).
Saved records can be viewed and compared under the "Historical Data" menu.
6. View Data
Enter the "Data View" menu.
Browse saved records with options to sort by time or cable number for easy comparison.
7. Power Off
Press and hold the power button to shut down the device, or allow it to enter sleep mode automatically after a period of inactivity to save power.
Precautions:
1.Ensure that the sensor interface is securely connected before use.
2.Do not expose the device to high humidity or corrosive environments for extended periods.
3.Consider labeling the measurement location or cable number before saving, for easier data management.
4.If the screen freezes or the device becomes unresponsive, try restarting it or checking the battery level.
