Grain safety is a matter ofnational importance. Zhaosui has recently completed the installation of temperature monitoringcables across 28 flat warehouses, using our custom-engineered dual-steel cable and plug-and-play system, delivering stable performance and ease of maintenance.

Flat warehouses pose unique structural and environmental challenges. With their long spans, high ceilings, and open layouts, they demand stronger, more reliable temperature cable solutions. In this project, Zhaosui deployed its specially developed dual stainless steel wire-reinforced temperature cables, which provide excellent tensile strength, resist sagging, and ensure long-term durability-making them ideal for suspended installations across wide grain piles.

To further enhance system reliability and serviceability, we adopted a "hand-in-hand" (plug-and-play) wiring design, which allows each cable segment to be independently connected or disconnected. This modular design makes it simple to replace, maintain, or upgrade individual cables without affecting the entire system-saving time and labor while improving future flexibility.

Zhaosui's temperature monitoring system collects real-time temperature data from multiple points within each warehouse, supports zoned visualization, and provides automatic over-temperature alerts. By monitoring grain conditions 24/7, the system enables managers to quickly identify hotspots, adjust ventilation, and prevent spoilage-especially crucial during the high-risk summer season.

From initial planning to final commissioning, Zhaosui's team completed the entire installation process in under two weeks. Our engineers followed strict standards for cable layout, fixture installation, and signal testing, ensuring a stable and accurate system from day one.
