The structure of temperature cable (heating cable) mainly consists of the following parts:
Inner core: The inner core of the heating cable consists of cold wire and hot wire. The hot wire is usually made of nickel alloy and generates heat when powered.
Insulation layer: The inner core is wrapped with an insulation layer to prevent current leakage and protect the inner core from external influences.
Grounding and shielding layer: For safety and signal integrity, the heating cable also contains grounding and shielding layers.
Outer sheath: The outermost layer is a high-temperature resistant outer sheath, which is usually made of polyvinyl fluoride or low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin material to protect the cable from external damage.
